Our Perspective

Our Foundation
LUV Solutions was not developed in an ivory tower or born from a corporate business plan.
Its principles were forged through three decades of grinding in the trenches—designing, implementing, and refining practices across behavioral health, child welfare, juvenile justice, and family-serving systems. From developing nationally recognized certification standards to advancing partnership practices adopted by public agencies, the work has always centered on one raw, unavoidable question:

LUV Solutions is the work of a lifetime.
Over the past thirty years, I have sat in the exact rooms where children’s systems of care are run. I’ve watched smart people pat each other on the back while the actual youth and families we were there to serve fell straight through the cracks.
Those decades in the trenches proved one thing to me: people don’t take charge of their lives just because a system tells them to. They take charge when they feel seen, are equipped to think for themselves, and understand exactly how a plan connects to the future they want to build.
