The 9 Domains of Positioning

The LUV Life Positioning Framework focuses on nine foundational areas that support independence, stability, and forward momentum.

This is not about perfection.
It is about awareness.

1. Personal Responsibility

Taking ownership of your choices, actions, and commitments.
This includes reliability, follow-through, and understanding that your decisions shape your direction.

2. Financial Literacy

Understanding how money works in your life right now.
This includes budgeting, managing income (no matter how small), understanding expenses, and making informed decisions within your current reality.

This is not about how much you have.
It’s about how you manage what you do have.

3. Housing and Daily Living

Maintaining stable living conditions and managing everyday responsibilities — such as rent, utilities, food, time management, and basic organization. Independence is built in daily habits.

4. Career and Employment

Developing a path toward income and long-term stability.
This includes traditional employment, vocational training, apprenticeships, certifications, professional licenses, or skill-based pathways.

There is no one “right” route.
There is only forward movement.

5. Health and Wellness

Caring for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
This includes sleep, nutrition, stress management, medical care, and recognizing when you need support.

Energy fuels progress.

6. Transportation

Having reliable access to transportation so you can maintain work, appointments, and responsibilities — whether that is public transit, a vehicle, ride-sharing, or community resources.
Mobility supports independence.

7. Legal and Civic Life

Understanding and managing your legal responsibilities and civic participation.
This includes identification, documentation, court obligations (if applicable), voting, and knowing your rights and responsibilities.

Stability includes staying informed and compliant.

8. Relationships and Communication

Building and maintaining respectful, healthy relationships.
This includes boundaries, conflict resolution, accountability, and clear communication.

The people around you influence your direction.

9. Reflection and Growth

Taking time to evaluate your progress, learn from mistakes, and adjust your direction when needed.

Growth is not automatic.
It requires awareness.

How to Use This Framework

Move through each domain slowly.
Rate yourself honestly — not harshly.

Ask:
• Where am I solid?
• Where am I unstable?
• Where do I need reinforcement?

This is not about scoring high.
It is about seeing clearly.

Clarity reduces anxiety.
Awareness creates choice.

What Happens Next?

Once you see your positioning, you don’t panic.
You prioritize.

Choose one area to stabilize.
Then one area to strengthen.
Then one area to expand.

Momentum is built in layers.

You do not fix your life in a weekend.
You build it over time.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

You just need to know where you’re standing.

From there, you move forward.
